1. Pre-Order Refunds

All pre-orders placed through the DRY PUNK First Drop are fully refundable at any time prior to shipment. No questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at info@heresi.shop with your order details. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

3. Refund Deadline

Refund requests must be submitted before your order has been shipped. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to guarantee a refund. If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before shipment by contacting us at info@heresi.shop. Cancelled orders will be fully refunded within 5-7 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us at info@heresi.shop within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Shipping Delays

DRY PUNK is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Estimated fulfillment begins June 2026. If significant delays occur, we will notify all pre-order customers directly via email.
